Tyz Law Group Welcomes Olivia Clavio, Former Counsel at Barnes & Thornburg

We are pleased to announce that Olivia Clavio has joined Tyz Law Group as a Trademark Attorney.

Olivia joins Tyz Law Group with over a decade of U.S. and global intellectual property experience focused on trademark prosecution and enforcement matters and domestic and international advertising compliance and enforcement. In her previous role as counsel at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, she advised and provided strategic business counseling to Silicon Valley startups and Fortune 500 companies in everything from the tech to consumer goods industries. While at Barnes & Thornburg, she focused on all facets of trademark, advertising, branding, media, sponsorships, licensing, and internet law matters.

Olivia will continue helping her clients to strategically manage their trademark portfolios while using her former media skills to offer a fresh and practical perspective to branding and brand protection.

Olivia also brings prior media and advertising experience to Tyz Law Group, having worked for years in radio and as a Media Buyer at a Midwest advertising agency. She holds a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a B.A. in Telecommunications with a minor in Business from Indiana University.  Olivia is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
