Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy applies to the Tyz Law Group PC (the Firm) offline and online data collection practices, including when you visit our website or otherwise interact with us or engage our services. Please note that merely browsing or visiting this website does not create an attorney-client relationship. 

Information We Collect

We will not share your information outside of the Firm without your permission unless you consent to share it with third parties working on our behalf to serve you, or we are required to share it to provide you with a service that you requested or to comply with any applicable laws or court orders. Sometimes, your consent may be implied through your conduct with us. 

Information you provide to us through our website or electronically

The Firm does not require you to provide any personally identifiable information when you visit our website, such as your name, contact information, or employer. However, certain services may require you to provide certain personal information to us by email or otherwise.

Information you provide at events

When you attend events hosted or sponsored by the Firm, we may collect your name, email address, company name, address, and/or phone number. We may also collect information you provide to us in person, such as on a registration card and/or on your business card. 

Information we collect automatically through our website

The Firm uses Google Analytics to analyze how visitors use this site. Google Analytics collects non-personally identifiable information when you visit our site, such as the web address of the page that you’re visiting and your IP address. Google Analytics uses “cookies,” small text files that are placed on your device by a web server when you access our site. You can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. “Do Not Track” technologies

We do not currently respond to web browser “Do Not Track” signals.

If you are not already a client of the Firm, do not include any confidential, secret or otherwise sensitive information in communications with the firm. Unsolicited emails and information sent to the Firm will not be considered confidential, may be disclosed to others, may not receive a response, and do not create an attorney-client relationship.

We may share information about you with our third-party vendors and other service providers who perform services for the Firm, for example providing billing or invoicing services, tax and accounting services, payments processing, web hosting or providing analytic services, provision of cybersecurity services. Such service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services on our behalf and under our direction.

We may share information about you when we believe that it is required to comply with law enforcement, regulation, subpoena, legal process or other enforceable governmental request. 

Data Retention and Processing

We store your information only as long as it is necessary to provide our services and fulfill our legal obligations.

We may process, maintain, and access your information on servers or files located in the United States. If you do not consent to having your information processed and stored in the United States, please do not provide it to the Firm.

However, security risk is inherent in all internet and information technologies, and we cannot guarantee the security of your personal information.   

Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under the age of 13.
