Tyz Law Group Welcomes IP and Business Litigation Attorney Chieh Tung

Tyz Law Group is pleased to announce the addition of intellectual property and business litigation attorney Chieh Tung. Chieh holds extensive experience in complex litigation for clients in the technology industry. She comes to Tyz Law Group with over four years of experience as a litigation attorney at Fenwick & West where she worked in copyright, trademark, class action, unfair competition, commercial litigation, and privacy and data security matters.

Chieh holds a J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where she was Order of the Coif. During her study, she worked as an external intern for David O. Carter in the U.S. District Court in the Central District of California. She was also a member of the Moot Court and a participant in the Giles Sutherland Rich patent litigation competition and the Samuelson Law, Technology and Public Policy Clinic.

Before attending law school, Chieh worked in-house as a legal analyst for Google for five years, where she responded to content removal requests throughout the world and managed related policies that included intellectual property rights, national security, and consumer protection. She holds a B.A. in criminology, law, and society from the University of California, Irvine with honors.  Chieh is bilingual in Chinese and English.
