Tyz Law Group Welcomes Business and IP Litigator Deborah Hedley
Tyz Law Group is pleased to announce the addition of intellectual property and commercial litigation attorney Deborah Hedley. Deborah has been an advocate and advisor for her clients in the technology and software industries for over a decade, litigating trade secret, intellectual property, business tort, and contract cases from inception through appeal. Deborah joins the firm from Vedder Price in Los Angeles, and she previously practiced at Jones Day in Silicon Valley.

Deborah is a devoted pro bono advocate for women’s and children’s causes, and recently obtained asylum for a client in removal proceedings. She was recognized by her peers as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in Business Litigation from 2018 through 2021.
Deborah holds a J.D. from the UCLA School of Law, where she was Senior Editor of the UCLA Law Review. She externed at the United Nations Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Tribunal in Phnom Penh, Cambodia where she assisted the prosecution in gaining its first conviction. She also holds a B.A. from California State University, Chico with honors.
