The Tyz Law Group PC, a boutique litigation and counseling law firm, is looking to hire a great junior litigation attorney.  We are based in San Francisco and our mission is to provide high-quality legal representation and personalized client service, on a subscription basis, using experienced lawyers with proven big law firm experience, while delivering unparalleled efficiency, budget predictability and fee transparency. About you:

• Member of the California State Bar

• Graduated from an Accredited Law School

• 1-3 Years of Big Law Firm Experience

• Want More Responsibility and Client Interaction

• Dislike the Billable Hour Model

• Highly Communicative

• Tech Savvy

Responsibilities:

• Research legal authorities

• Investigate facts

• Draft pleadings, discovery and briefs

• Analyze legal issues

• Develop strategies to win cases

• Manage the day-to-day tasks on litigation matters
