Jennifer Kelly Moderates Video Game Law Panel as Part of Copyright Society's Virtual Midwinter Meeting

Tyz Law Group partner and games industry legal guru Jennifer Kelly recently participated in The Copyright Society’s Midwinter Meeting, which took place virtually February 8-25.

Jennifer was a co-chair of the 2021 Midwinter Planning Committee and moderated the meeting’s final panel, entitled “Whose Pixels Are They Anyway?: An International Roundup of Copyright Issues in Video Games.” The panel comprised longstanding members of the Video Game Bar Association, including Ryan Black of DLA Piper Canada, Konni Ewald of Osborne Clarke (Germany), and Chrissie Scelsi of Wargaming, who discussed recent developments in copyright law affecting companies in the video game industry.
